I’ve enjoyed working with children and their families and educators as long as I can remember.
With 25 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and Parent / Teacher Educator, I am deeply committed to fostering a collaborative approach to support children with developmental delays, learning differences, and various challenges in both school and home environments. My role involves working closely with teachers and parents to create a nurturing atmosphere that empowers each child to reach their full potential.
Sometimes feeling understood,
is more important than feeling loved.
Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of being part of evaluation and treatment teams, witnessing firsthand the transformation of children facing developmental, social and/or emotional difficulties into
confident and capable individuals. By focusing on essential foundational skills and building their confidence and self esteem, I aim to equip children with the tools they need to thrive both academically and socially.
I am dedicated to building skills and teaching strategies that foster learning and independence, focusing on each child individually.
